The breakfast was a delight. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available each morning (the pastries were a standout!). the pirate splash pool was a big hit with the kids. the lego playroom kept them entertained for hours with its diverse range of building sets.

the pirate themed room was immersive with detailed decorations, i seemed like i was really sailing the seas (i love that feeling!). the separate kids' area with bunk beds and a tv was great, this made sure they had their own space to relax. the treasure hunt with a lego gift as a reward was a fun touch and my kids loved cracking the code to open the safe.
the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner around the shower, i spotted a little mildew.

I found the staff to be very friendly. Free parking was available to guests which was helpful. The included breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The room's treasure hunt Lego pack could have been a little bigger for the price.

i liked the bright decor in the room. also, the included breakfast was helpful before going to the park. i found the nature trail enjoyable with lego animals.
the hotel felt a bit dated.

the pirate splash pool was a hit with my children. they enjoyed the huge lego playroom a lot. early access to the park before it got crowded was beneficial.
the check-in time felt quite late at 4:00 pm. i felt that checkout by 10:00 am was early. i heard about a ÂŁ20 per hour charge for late checkout.

i found the breakfast to be decent and nicely cooked. the pastries were a nice treat. there are many little parks and play areas around. each block of lodges has its own.
i thought the treasure hunt to find the lego pack could have been bigger. the playroom require a payment of ÂŁ10 per child if you don't have a premier room. i did found a pair of child's underwear hanging from the lamp, it should have been spotted before.

The reception team impressed me with efficiency and attentiveness. luke deserves recognition as a reception superstar. calym from briks breakfast restaurant provided delicious breakfasts and a friendly demeanor. the legoland windsor castle hotel dinner waitress jane and the chefs were also really good. Their dinner was delicious.
the signage into the woodland village was confusing upon arrival. some roads were closed, and the woodland village sign disappeared. parking for village guests needed clearer labels. i took a wrong turn into the coach car park initially.

the kingdom themed room featured bunk beds and a pull-out bed separated from the main double bed. there were two televisions, one for children and one for adults plus tea and coffee facilities existed. the room included a mini fridge and ironing facilities too.
